Key job responsibilities :

On a typical day, a Support Engineer at AWS will primarily focus on resolving customer cases through various channels such as telephone, email, and web/live chat. Using advanced troubleshooting techniques, you will provide customized solutions and engage deeply with customers to uncover the root causes of their issues.

Beyond handling a wide range of technical problems, an AWS Support Engineer may also mentor new hires, develop and present training materials, collaborate with development teams on complex problems or initiatives aimed at reducing support contact, participate in the hiring process, write tools or scripts to assist the team, or work with leadership on process improvements and strategic initiatives to enhance customer experience and ensure compliance with global AWS standards, practices, and policies.
