- Escalate issues to relevant owners or teams following established procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of daily work through trackers or workflow tools.
- Achieve business metrics and goals, including SLAs, productivity, quality, and utilization benchmarks.
- Grasp performance metrics to drive business objectives.
- Foster collaboration and contribute to team/program growth.
