The Selling Partner Risk Operations Investigator will undertake various responsibilities aimed at identifying and mitigating online e-commerce risks. Shifts: This role operates in a 24/7 environment with rotational shifts that change every 3-4 months.

Weekly Off: Employees work five days a week with two consecutive days off, which also rotate every 3-4 months.

Key job responsibilities :

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Analyzes and assesses information related to seller transactions.
  • Executes appropriate measures on reviewed transactions according to established procedures and tools.
  • Records their actions with thorough annotations.
  • Engages with external customers via phone or email during the investigation.
  • Interacts with internal customers and colleagues through in-person meetings, email, annotations, and phone calls during and after investigations.
  • Utilizes available resources efficiently to resolve issues.
  • Escalates problems or inconsistencies in information to the relevant teams or owners following standard procedures.
  • Maintains communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understands performance metrics to generate analyses that drive business objectives.
  • Achieves assigned productivity targets and quality benchmark
